Carbon Fiber PLA Filament The combination of carbon fiber and PLA has better strength and toughness than conventional PLA filament. The resistance of carbon fiber particles makes the product more stable, and the adhesion between layers is strong, which makes the printed pattern more stable and gives a good matte effect. Print smoothly 1.75mm carbon fiber filament has better fluidity and stability, improved winding system, no bubbles, no tangling and no clogging when printing. Recommended extrusion/nozzle temperature 190-220?, lit heated 3760?, printing speed 3090mm/s. Dimensional Tolerance 0.02mm The production specifications of 3D printer filament are more accurate, the smallest tolerance and low distortion ensure that the PLA filament is stable and smooth when feeding, does not block the nozzle or extruder, and the support structure is easy to peel off, the printing surface is smooth and plaque. High Compatibility PLA Filament 1.75mm ZIRO 3D filament is compatible with most FDM 3D printers, easy to print and low shrinkage. The 3D printing filament has a total length of 280m and a net weight of 800g. The fully mechanical winding ensures continuous and confusion-free printing. Vacuum packaging Before vacuum packaging, dry completely for 24 hours, using desiccant to effectively keep PLA filament spools dry. Since the carbon fiber filament is sensitive to moisture, we include an additional resealable bag to store the filament used to maintain excellent printing performance.
