How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase at Electroeshop, browse our products, select your desired item, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, click the cart icon, enter your shipping and payment details, and click "Place Order." You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase, containing your order details and confirmation number. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact Customer Service for assistance.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
If you need to change your shipping address, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging. Please visit our returns page for more details on the return process.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
