I’ve had this enclosure for a week now. It holds my 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch SATA drives without any hassle. The actual performance is great with 40Gbps, but it took longer to arrive than I expected. The product is fine, but the shipping could use improvement.

Not what I expected
I was excited to use this USB enclosure, but one of the bays stopped recognizing drives after a short period. I managed to get it to work by reseating everything, but it’s been a hassle. The speed is great when it works, but I can’t have unreliable storage with important files.

Good, but a bit bulky
This hard drive enclosure works well for what it is. I love the 8-bay capacity since I have multiple drives I need to access. The only downside is that it takes up quite a bit of space on my desk. It’s easy to install the drives though, so that’s a plus!
