I bought the Uniden MHS75 for our fishing trips, and it works like a charm. The waterproof feature is a lifesaver when we're out on the water. With selectable transmit power, we can easily adjust between 1, 2, and 5 watts depending on how far we're from the coast. Definitely a solid buy!

Disappointing Signal Strength
I thought the Uniden MHS75 would be better based on the hype, but I've had issues with the signal strength. It sometimes struggles to connect over long distances, even on 5 watts. I wish I had gone with a different model. Unfortunately, I can't really trust it when I'm out on the water!

Solid performance at sea!
I've been using this handheld radio for a few months now, and I have to say I'm impressed. The clarity is great even at 5-watt power. It's nice that it's submersible too, because I can be careless sometimes. I feel safer knowing I can communicate in case of emergencies. Would definitely recommend to fellow boaters!

Okay, but has some quirks
The Uniden MHS75 is decent, but it took me a while to get used to the controls. It feels a bit bulky in the hand, but the submersible feature gives me peace of mind. On one trip, I had to fiddle with it to get the right channel, but once set, it worked fine. Not bad, but could be better!
