The Tripp Lite UPS is pretty solid, but I had a hard time understanding the installation instructions at first. Once I got it set up though, it worked like a charm and offers great battery backup for my home office gear. Just wish the manual was clearer!

Solid backup solution for my server
I purchased this Tripp Lite Eaton 1000VA UPS for my server rack and couldn't be happier. The remote management feature allows me to monitor everything from my phone, which is super convenient. Reliable UPS, works as advertised

Unit arrived with some damage
I was excited to receive my Tripp Lite UPS, but unfortunately, it came with a dent in the casing. It still functions properly, but I was a bit disappointed with the shipping condition. I think it works fine, just be cautious when ordering.
