The Trinity Audio Solutions B Series B12 D2 is a highperformance 12inch subwoofer designed for powerful lowfrequency reproduction in demanding car audio systems. Rated at 1,500 watts RMS and 4,500 watts burst power, it features a Dual 2Ohm voice coil configuration, 3 x 50 mm hightemperature dual voice coil, heavyduty ferrite motor structure, cast basket, rigid cone assembly, and highexcursion suspension. The B12 D2 features 18 mm Xmax and a progressive suspension system designed to support controlled cone travel during highoutput bass reproduction. For enclosure planning, Trinity recommends a 1.06 ft net internal volume for a single sealed enclosure. For a single vented enclosure, Trinity recommends 2.12 ft net internal volume with 28.6 in of port area tuned to 32 Hz. Recommended enclosure construction is 3/4 MDF or plywood. The subwoofer has a 12.8 outer diameter, 11.22 cutout diameter, 7.6 mounting depth, and 0.25 ft displacement.
