Kryonaut thermal paste is specically designed for the demanding applications and high-performance requirements of the overclocking community. It is also recommended as a top product for critical cooling systems in the industrial sector. Technical details: Thermal resistance: 0.0032 K/W Electrical conductivity: 0 pS/m Viscosity: 120-170 Pas Density: 3.7g/cm3 Temperature range: -250 C / +350C Available sizes: 1g | 1.5ml/5.55g | 3ml/11.1g | 10ml/37g Structure is the secret: Kryonaut utilizes a special carrier structure that does not dry out even at temperatures of 80C. This structure allows the nano-aluminum and zinc oxide particles in the paste to effectively fill in uneven surfaces of the heat source (e.g., CPU) and heat sink (e.g., heatsink), resulting in outstanding thermal conductivity. Excellent compatibility: Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut is compatible with almost any system that uses air or liquid nitrogen cooling, with a temperature tolerance of up to -250C.
