Go to our website and submit an activation form. (refer to instructions letter enclosed in the package) 2. Once activation is complete, we will send you an email confirmation. 3. Insert your T-mobile SIM in your unlocked GSM Phone as soon as you arrive in your destination. Do not insert SIM while you are overseas. Insert SIM Card when you arrive at your destination. BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING: First thing to do is REBOOT. Turn your phone off, remove the SIM Card, re-insert the SIM and turn the phone back on. If youre having data connection issues, after reboot, please check and update Acces Point Name (APN) to: APN: fast.t-mobile.com If issues persist, please contact us. Refer to the instructions letter enclosed in the package for support contact information. * This is for new mobile number activation only. You cannot transfer mobile number from a different carrier. Not for port-in. * You cannot choose your phone number nor area code. * This is not a replacement for a lost T Mobile SIM card. You cannot transfer your T Mobile service and mobile number to this SIM. Not for SIM swap. * The SIM Card only works in unlocked GSM Phones. It will not work in Mobile Hotspot/Tethering/Wifi device. Activation and support instructions are provided with the SIM Card.
