This is due to static electricity. Static electricity can build up on film, equipment or winding. Due to the fill production process, the anti-static/anti-halation process is not complete. It tends to happen better than other films, especially in cool, dry environments. As the best way to avoid this, it is recommended to wind it back slowly and rewind.
