Rackstuds fit most 19 racks with square punched vertical rails, allowing you to install from the front and securely hang your equipment while spinning on the lock nut-ideal for even heavy gear, and for single-handed installation.Rackstuds work like the studs in a cars brake drum when changing a tire. Just as wheel studs hold the wheel in place while you spin on the nuts, Rackstuds keep your gear securely mounted while you attach the lock nuts. Theyre faster, easier, and safer than cage nuts, saving you time and effort.Rackstuds are designed to withstand heavy loads and temperature changes, ensuring your equipment stays secure. They are compatible with rails up to 2.2mm/0.086 thick. If your rails exceed this, the purple RSL3.2Pxxx variant is available for rails between 2.7mm/0.106 and 3.2mm/0.125. Always check your rail thickness before ordering to ensure fit.
