Fiberon PET-GF15 combines PET with 15 % glass fiber reinforcement to deliver exceptional stiffness, dimensional stability, and heat resistance-perfect for functional parts that must perform under stress and temperature. Industrial-Grade Strength for Real-World Applications: With a bending strength of 104 MPa and an HDT up to 133 C (after annealing), PET-GF15 withstands demanding environments such as automotive interiors, jigs, fixtures, and enclosures. Ideal for engineers and makers who need a durable, high-strength 3D printing filament without sacrificing printability. Exceptional Printability & Dimensional Accuracy: Engineered for consistent extrusion and low warpage, PET-GF15 prints reliably at speeds up to 250 mm/s on most modern FDM printers. Excellent layer adhesion ensures structural integrity even for large, flat, or functional parts. Refined Surface Finish & Color Options: A proprietary fiber-control process minimizes surface roughness (Ra 7.9 m), giving every print a professional-grade matte texture free of exposed fibers. Available in Black, White, Red, Blue, Light Grey, and Dark Grey for multi-color and AMS-compatible systems. Durability Meets Ease of Use: PET-GF15 resists brittle fracture, moisture, and deformation over time. It offers a reliable balance of strength, thermal stability, and usability for both professional and hobbyist printing environments. (Use a hardened or ruby nozzle for best results. Dry at 100 C for 10 hours before printing. Anneal at 120 C for 16 hours to achieve maximum heat resistance.)
