I was really looking forward to the Poly Mission 825 USB HS bulk, but it arrived with a dent in the casing. It still works, but it looks bad. I think I deserve a replacement or at least a discount for this.

Satisfactory performance
I got this for our remote work setup, and it's been fine overall. The microphone picks up my voice clearly, but I ran into some minor issues with getting it recognized by my laptop at first. Just took a few tries.
