The headset itself works well and sounds clear, but it took longer than expected to arrive. I was excited to start using it for my meetings, but the late delivery was frustrating. Still, I’m satisfied with the product now that it's here.

Not as great as I hoped
I expected more from the Poly Mission 825 headset. While the USB connection is convenient, the noise cancellation isn’t that strong. I still hear background noise during calls. Disappointed, really.
