I really liked the Poly Mission 425 at first; it sounded great and was comfortable. But unfortunately, it just stopped working after about a month of light use. Very disappointing considering the price. Not sure if I got a defective unit or what.

Good value but not the best fit
The Poly Mission 425 headset works fine for what I need, but I found it slightly bulky for my ears after a couple of hours. Sound quality is decent for calls, though. Just wish it was a bit lighter or had softer ear pads.
