The Poly Mission 425 is a solid headset, but I found it a bit on the hefty side for long uses. The audio is good, but it can get a bit uncomfortable after a few hours. Still, for the price, it does the job.

The Poly Mission 425 arrived a few days later than expected, which was a bummer. The headset itself is fine, good sound, but I had to wait longer than I wanted to start using it. Not a bad product, just a shipping issue.
