The headset works fine in terms of sound quality, but I had a hard time getting it set up initially. The instructions weren't very clear, and it took a few tries to connect it to my computer. Once I figured it out, it’s been good for calls.

Nice headset, but delivery was slow
The headset itself is decent with good sound quality, but I was a bit disappointed with the delivery time. It took longer than expected to arrive. Once I got it, though, I found it comfortable for long periods of use, especially while working from home.
