I found the remote to be decent for my Insignia NS-19E450A11, but the instructions for setup were pretty vague. Once I figured it out, it worked fine, but I feel like they could’ve made it easier to understand. Not too bad for the price though!

Perfect for my old Insignia TV
I got this remote for my NS-32E859A11, and it works better than the original! The setup was straightforward. The only drawback was a tiny scratch on the body when it arrived, but it doesn’t affect performance. Overall, happy with my purchase!

Not what I expected
