I bought the Lexmark 520Z imaging unit for my office and it's been fantastic for our high volume needs. We print a lot of documents, and with a 100,000 page yield, this black unit is holding up perfectly. Installation was straightforward too, which is a plus!

Arrived damaged, needs better packaging
I was disappointed when my Lexmark 520Z arrived with some cosmetic damage. The packaging could’ve been better since it was just in a cardboard box with no extra protection. The unit works fine now, but I expected better considering the price.

Not bad, but slower delivery
The imaging unit works well once installed—prints are sharp and consistent. However, the delivery took longer than expected, and I got a bit anxious waiting. Still, it's performing as promised for my Lexmark printer, so I’m satisfied despite the wait.
