This 18,000 BTU window ac unit can effectively cool rooms up to 1000 square feet with dehumidification up to 2.58 pints per hour to remove moisture from the air. Window unit ac also comes equipped with a 16,000/13,000 supplemental heating mode, which is meant to be operated when outdoor temperatures exceed 23 degrees Fahrenheit. This mode is supplemental and NOT meant as a primary heat source. It is important to have a special 230-volt320-amp electrical outlet for optimal operation, as this window ac with heat does not function with standard 115V household outlets. A remote control is included so you can control your cooling from across the room. Money saving features include energy saver mode, sleep mode, and a programmable 24-hour timer. Keystone not only provides a 1-year warranty but ensures that you stay cool and comfortable at a cost-conscious price.
