Steel Tongue Drum Instructions1. Steel Tongue Drum, also known as ethereal drum, metal drum, meditation drum, and rain drum. Tongue drum can be used as percussion instruments for adults or kids, or as outdoor rain drum for garden. Steel drums can also be used as sound therapy instruments.2. The correct placement of the steel pan instrument is with the center bear claw facing up, directly below the bass 6, and directly above the bass 7.3. Wrists and fingers are relaxed when striking the rain music drum, allowing the drum sticks to fall freely, not too hard.4. When striking a steel drum instrument with one hand, strike the corresponding note directly on the top half of the steel tongue.5.
