This Honeywell CCB01-010BT-07N charging/communication base recharges one battery at a time and wirelessly connects barcode Honeywell Xenon series barcode readers (sold separately) to a host system (not included). The class 2 Bluetooth capability enables wireless communication with up to seven paired barcode readers from up to 33 ft. away. The base requires a USB, RS-232, keyboard wedge, or IBM cable (sold separately) to connect to the host system.Barcode scanners, also known as barcode readers, can be used to scan and decode barcodes and to transmit barcode data to a computer or another host system.
