Creality Hyper PA6-CF filament is a high-performance carbon fiber-reinforced nylon filament engineered for professionals who demand strength, rigidity, and precision. Combining the durability of PA6 with the structural reinforcement of carbon fiber, it offers outstanding mechanical performance while remaining lightweight. Its superior impact resistance and wear durability make it ideal for producing strong, load-bearing components such as automotive brackets, jigs, gears, and mechanical parts. With a heat deflection temperature of 186C, it easily withstands high temperatures that would deform standard PC or CR-Nylon materials. The hyper pa6-cf filaments exceptional dimensional stability and 0.02 mm accuracy ensure smooth extrusion, minimal warping, and reliable results for precision printing. Optimized for advanced FDM 3D printers, it performs best with a nozzle temperature of 280-300C, a bed temperature of 80C, and a print speed of 30-80 mm/s. Its excellent machinability makes it suitable for both prototype development and end-use parts, reducing post-processing time and cost. Creality Hyper PA6-CF filament also integrates RFID smart printing technology, automatically loading ideal parameters through the Creality Filament System (CFS) for simplified operation and reduced waste. Each spool is vacuum-sealed to maintain filament dryness and quality.
