pPDSN0713BWCR CONCEPT SNARE 7x13, BLACK WAX, CR HW, Meet the downtoearth side of the PDP Specialty Snares family: the PDP Concept Series Black Wax Maple Snares. The dark, smooth, matte finish on these drums comes from a handapplied, waxbased sealer, which protects the allmaple shell, lets the wood grain show through, and gives the collection a deceptively understated look._x005f_x000D__x005f_x000D_The Black Wax Snares come in six sizes, all made with 10ply maple shells, so you can find an appropriate snare for virtually any musical scenario. Each size offers its own mix of warm, maple depth, focused articulation, and just the right pop. Choose from 6x12, 7x13, 5.5x13, 5.5x14, 6.5x14, and the scrappy 6x10._x005f_x000D__x005f_x000D_Like our other Concept Series snare drums, all the Black Wax Snares are outfitted with PDPs dualturret lugs, the innovative, MAG throwoff, DWs True Pitch tension rods, and worldclass drum heads from Remo. The snare wires are fullychromed, with carbon steel coils and brass end plates, for exceptional texture and control._x005f_x000D__x005f_x000D_For the versatile sound spectrum of maple, combined with a simpleyetsublime finish, the PDP Concept Series Black Wax Maple Snares just might take you by surprise 10Ply Maple Shells/p
