I was really looking forward to using this mouse pad, but it arrived with a dent in the corner. It’s cute and all, but having a damaged product is frustrating. I’m still waiting to hear back on a replacement.

Not bad, could be better
I like the design of the Westie mouse pad, but I was hoping it would be a bit thicker. It’s fine for normal use, but I think a little more padding would make it even better for extended gaming sessions.

Mixed feelings about the quality
The Westie design is adorable, but I was expecting a bit more cushioning from the hot pad. It works fine for my mouse, but it’s not as thick as I thought it would be. Still, it adds a nice touch to my gaming setup.
