Installation and Troubleshooting
Installation guide
1. Remove the cartridge from the packaging and remove the protective tape.
2. Insert the cartridge into the corresponding slot, push firmly until it clicks into place.
Note: Do not open the cartridge until it’s needed.
Note: Do not touch the electrical contacts in gold or black.
TROUBLESHOOTING—INK LEAKAGE
Our cartridge is refilled at max capacity. In very few case, the ink leakage might occur during the transit.
1.If the leakage is limited and has stopped, Please clean the cartridge and use it as normal
2.If the bag is already full of ink. Please contact the customer service for replacement.
Caution, Ink may spill. Please wear gloves and put some newspaper to catch any spillage.
TROUBLESHOOTING—WARNING MESSAGE
1.Upon installation a warning message might appear saying this is not a genuine product.
2.Please continue to use the cartridge by clicking OK or Proceed. Our cartridge will indeed work fine.
The low ink warning is for planning purpose. Cartridge should be replaced only when the print quality is unacceptable.
TROUBLESHOOTING—IF THE CARTRIDGE IS NOT RECOGNIZED
1.Remove the cartridge and gently clean the electrical contacts with a soft eraser or clean cloth and reinstall the cartridge. (This step might be repeated up to three times.)
2.If it doesn't work, please turn off the printer and turn it on 30 minutes later and install the cartridge.
TROUBLESHOOTING—POOR PRINT QUALITY OR BLANK
1.Run the Print Head Cleaning or Nozzle Clean function. It could be founded in the printer properties or maintenance tab. Please refer to the printer's user guide.
2.In case of continued poor print quality, please remove the cartridge and gently wipe the ink nozzle with an alcohol prep pad. The cartridge will work fine.
