Ordered the Yealink CM20 for a conference call, but it dropped out a few times, which was frustrating. The design is nice, but I wish the connectivity was more reliable. Wouldn't recommend for critical meetings.

Great sound quality for meetings
I've been using the Yealink SkySound CM20 for a few weeks now and the audio quality is fantastic. It really picks up voices clearly, even from a distance. Perfect for my home office!

Decent but not perfect
The Yealink CM20 works well for group calls, but I had some trouble connecting it to my laptop initially. Once it was set up, though, it performed well. Just wish the instructions were clearer!
