The B9, as we call it, is a small, handy kalmia with a solid resonance corpus of American Cherrywood. It is the sister of the B7 model. The magic of playing this kalimba and her sisters is resulted from the fact that the vibrations of the tines is significantly felt in the hands of the player and thus the sounds are transmitted into his/her body and bestow a magic peaceful feeling. The tuning of the kalmia b9 is identical to that of the sensual. It is in a-minor with additional tines tuned to band f. As all the notes harmonies with each other, beginners also enjoy immediate success with their instrument. The sounds produced are therefore always in harmony and the playing is easy and intuitive, so beginners also enjoy immediate success with this instrument.
