What to do if SpotClean/MultiClean has no power
Unplug the machine. Run your hand along the entire length of the power cord. It should be soft. Check if the connector is damaged. Check if the socket works: Check it by plugging in a mobile phone charger or a small device. If there is no plug, try another outlet in a separate room. Restart the circuit breaker if necessary.
