The Excalibur STS60B 6 Tray Food Dehydrator features a top-down airflow system that distributes air evenly. The adjustable thermostat (85F 165F) provides different temperatures for drying all types of foods, safely and consistently. The square design stores well and looks nice on any counter-top. Includes 6 drying BPA-free trays, 6 mesh screens, 2 fruit roll sheets, 4 yogurt cups, instruction manual and quick start guide with recipes.
