For anyone having problems with the installation instructions, the manual & video say to use a drill bit that is way too large if you plan to mount on a stud (i forget the recommended size, but i used 1 / 8th ). If you plan to use the anchors included and are mounting on drywall then use the size recommended in their video/manual, otherwise you will be drilling holes far larger than the screws alone.
The MI-31114 is made from high quality aluminum for frequent use over a long period of time. This wall mount arm is built for quick release action movements and full motion ranges. The mount is capable of being rotated portrait of landscape if you are working on large graphical displays, portrait oriented designs, or working with a touch screen display.
