For anyone having problems with the installation instructions, the manual & video say to use a drill bit that is way too large if you plan to mount on a stud (i forget the recommended size, but i used 1 / 8th ). If you plan to use the anchors included and are mounting on drywall then use the size recommended in their video/manual, otherwise you will be drilling holes far larger than the screws alone.
