I really wanted to like the 27 i5 13420H, but it arrived with a dent on the case. Plus, the screen quality was not what I expected. I hope I can get a replacement, but this experience has left me feeling let down.

The specs on this 27 i5 13420H laptop are impressive, especially the 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD. However, it feels a bit bulky and the keyboard isn't the most comfortable for long typing sessions. Disappointed in the design, but the performance is solid.
