The Yealink VCM36-W package is pretty good for video conferences, but I had a bit of a struggle getting it connected to our existing system. The instructions weren't super clear. Once it was up and running, though, the sound was great and the mic pickup was impressive. Just wish setup was less of a hassle.

Disappointed with the quality
I bought the Yealink VCM36-W package for our small office, but it hasn’t worked out as expected. The audio quality wasn’t as good as I hoped, and one of the microphones stopped working after a few uses. I expected better durability for the price. Wouldn't recommend it.

Great for our conference room needs
We recently added the Yealink VCM36-W package to our conference room setup, and it works beautifully. The audio quality is exceptional, making it easy for everyone to be heard clearly. The wireless setup is a huge plus for us, as we can easily move it around. Definitely a solid choice!
