The Poly VVX EM50 is a solid expansion module, but I did have some issues with initial setup. It took longer than I expected to get everything configured. Once it was set up, it works like a charm! Just keep in mind it might need a bit of patience when you first start.

Stopped working after a few weeks
I was really excited about the Poly VVX EM50 expansion module, but it failed within a month. The buttons became unresponsive and then it just wouldn’t turn on. Very disappointing given the price. I thought I was getting a quality product.
