Simply connect the adapter to the USB-C port on your Macbook, PC or laptop to your DP display. Plug and play operation - no software drivers to install. Perfect for projectors and TVs that have a DP connection. DisplayPort cable required (not included). Requires USB-C port which supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (not all USB-C ports/systems support Alternate Mode functionality) or Thunderbolt 3 port. Plug and Play installation on any Windows, Mac, or Linux host which supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (Alt Mode) video output functionality. Most current phones and Tab with USB-C ports do not support Alt Mode video output.
