Each package includes a 2-Pack of In-Ear Mount Adapters with matching locking silicone O-Ring and 2 Sets of 3-Piece S/M/L Silicone Ear Tips. TO INSTALL: First remove original ear bud by pressing inward and turning counter-clockwise. Then insert In-Ear Adapter Mount by lining up mini-locking tabs with fitting on headset.
